Prolific Speed Club - Speed. Development. Results.

WHO WE ARE

 

Prolific Speed Club is a nonprofit performance-driven track program focused on developing disciplined, confident, and high-level student-athletes.

Based in Louisville, we train athletes ages 12-18 with a structured approach centered on speed development, proper mechanics, strength, and mindset. Whether an athlete is just starting or already competing, we meet them where they are—and push them forward.

We believe in doing things the right way: building fundamentals, demanding consistency, and creating a culture of accountability.

At Prolific Speed, every rep has purpose—and every athlete has potential.

OUR PROGRAMS

 We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. That’s why Prolific Speed is built around two distinct programs—so every athlete gets the right level of coaching and challenge. 


 

Development Program

Designed for athletes who are building their foundation.

This program focuses on:

  • Proper running mechanics 
  • Speed fundamentals 
  • Strength and conditioning 
  • Confidence and consistency 

It’s the entry point for athletes who want to improve, learn the game, and prepare for higher levels of competition.


 

Elite Competitive Team

Built for athletes ready to compete at a high level.

This program focuses on:

  • Advanced speed development 
  • Race strategy and execution 
  • High-level competition and exposure 
  • Maximizing performance 

Athletes in this group are expected to train, compete, and perform at a higher standard.
